The Placement and Internship Cell of Shivaji Collegeconducted the “CRESCITA’24”- Annual Placement and Internship Fair on 30thApril & 1stMay, 2024via Online Mode and 2ndMay, 2024via Offline Mode.

A multitude of companies gathered for the prestigious event. Around 6413 student candidates turned up for this job fair, of which 2657 were selected to the various companies that interviewed the candidates for internship and placement.

The highest placement package offered was a remarkable ₹24 LPA , while the top internship stipend reached ₹20,000 per month . The drive comprised various rounds such as a Pre-Placement talk, Group Discussions, an Assessment Test, and Personal Interviews.

This event was a huge success for which took a great initiative in bridging the gap between the candidates and employers.
