Internship and Placement Fair: CRESCITA’23April 11-13, 2023
The Placement Cell of Shivaji College held its Internship and Placement Fair CRESCITA'23, from 11th April 2023 to 13th April 2023. This year, the Placement Cell conducted the fair for three days. CRESCITA'23 was held by the cell in offline as well as online mode. Around 15 companies were a part of CRESCITA'23 on the offline day. Spanning over a duration of 3 days, the event had over 75+ recruiting companies and 200+ candidates.
This year the event began with a Pre-Event Webinar on "The Art Of Interviews and the main CRESCITA'23 was kick-started with an inaugural ceremony on 12th April led by our esteemed guests Ms. Sharmistha Ray, Head of HR, Tech Mahindra Foundation, with 18+ years of experience.
The fair commenced officially after the inaugural ceremony and continued till 13th April in online mode. The Cell welcomed deemed companies and students from various colleges in CRESCITA'23. In this highly competitive world, internships and work experience have started playing a major role in every student’s career path. At the placement cell, we did our best to provide such growth opportunities to students and make our internship and placement fair a success.
